How Our Wood-Slat Bins Are Built
- Body: 2 mm DKP steel flat bar on most models; Ovata-617 has a 2 mm sheet body and Ovata-616 a 1.20 mm sheet body. Ovata-710 has a 21 × 1 mm DKP tube frame at the top and bottom and plastic foot caps, and Ovata-709 has a 21 × 1 mm tube top with 2 mm DKP sheet bands.
- Wood: hornbeam slats on every model, oven-dried and finished with water-based varnish on most. Ovata-703 has coloured varnished slats, and Ovata-709 has lacquered hornbeam slats that can be painted in the colour you need.
- Inner bucket: 0.70 mm DKP steel sheet on most models. Ovata-704 and Ovata-611 have a clamp-type bag holder inside instead.
- Finish: all steel parts have an electrostatic oven-baked coating.
